Social services are available at Quincy Tower, Brighton House and all outreach sites. Bilingual and bicultural social service workers offer a variety of services and assistance such as health insurance counseling, information and referral, application and assistance, letter reading and writing, and contacting service providers on client’s behalf.

With the support of Area Agencies on Aging, Councils on Aging and Housing Authorities, GBCGAC reaches out to the Chinese-speaking elders who live in communities in the Greater Boston areas besides Boston. Outreach workers provide programs and services on a regular basis in Belmont/Needham, Brookline, Malden, Somerville/Cambridge and South Shore area.
