Adult Day Health Program (ADH) is a day program that aims to provide cost-effective health care and support services to frail elders and disabled adults in a structured and supervised environment.

The goals of this program are to improve the physical and emotional well-being of clients, to support and enhance our clients’ quality of life and ability to live independently in the community, to prevent isolation due to age, physical impairments, or linguistic and cultural barriers by promoting socialization, and to provide support to caregivers.

Professional bilingual staff at the agency’s adult day health Program provides skilled nursing care, health monitoring, nutritional services, health and public education, social service, information and assistance, coordination of services, caregiver support, recreational and educational activities, and transportation. ADH serves as an integral part of the community service network and long-term care continuum while providing low-cost quality care. Door-to-door Transportation services are available for ADH participants.
